I ran my entire novel thus far through iwl.me, and it told me I write like Stephanie Meyer. This has depressed me beyond words.
I'm not quite sure how it figures, though, because the first chapter is Meyer, and every other chapter is someone else. One even managed to be Shakespeare, of all things.

Books are funny.

This has been a bad week for my hands. Yesterday I pinched my left pinky pretty deep high in a very tall ladder, and so I couldn't pull it down far enough to pull the two parts keeping my finger captive apart, so I ended up losing a bit of skin. Not to mention I scraped them up on bricks (yesterday) and on god knows what today, but I know they weren't this bad yesterday. And something bit me near my right wrist, because it itches like hell right now.

Speaking of yesterday, CHRISTMAS TREES. MOTHERFUCKING CHRISTMAS TREES. I spent 5 hours "fluffing" (read: straightening out the branches to give them a more "full" look) tress before I ran away screaming went to lunch. And then I had to help decorate them after lunch. The whole ladder-pinky incident occurred while I was trying to pull the extension cords down from the ceiling.
But I ended up covered in glitter. Or at least my arms still were when I left. Which I fear will continue to happen for months to come.
And to you, dear customer, who came up and said we should start playing Christmas music now: FUCK YOU.

So, Scribblenauts...
Is AMAZING. Although I spend way too much time on the title screen destroying things/killing people then I do on the actual levels. Plus I can summon the Large Hadron Collider. Which, when used, breaks, created a black hole, and kills you. But you can't do that if you shoot it/blow it up.
Also, ghosts are indestructible. Except against black holes. And probably flood/tsunami/tidal wave/nuke, though those destroy everything.
And mortars kill God. And sharks like babies with steak glued to them.

I finished Persona 4, finally. Wasn't too impressed with the true ending boss, though now I get the benefits of it in subsequent cycles.

I need to stop going to Barnes & Noble. Or at least until I can sit down and apply for a membership card. I have the urge to spend way too much money there.

I'd only read about them, thinking them to be only a myth, but today at work, we got them in.
Twilight Sweethearts.
Probably 2 months late for Valentine's (as usual).
I threatened no less than kicking, stabbing, burning, and stuffing them into the baler, all to no avail.
Then I pulled one out of the box. On the box, I was greeted with RPattz signature "I AM ANGRILY CONSTIPATED" face. So you have to wonder: Eating these Sweethearts will in fact make you constipated, just like Edward!
And the bonus: Some (or all) are "sparkly", so when you finally are able to go, you can bring your girlfriend in and point out "This is the poo of a killer!" And it will sparkle in the sunlight.

In other news, I'm hungry, I hate second shift (I ranked them in my head today: 3rd > 1st > 2nd), and I still have two (nonconsecutive) days off this week for things. Maybe I'll finally scan the Eternal Poison artbook I so inexpertly took apart last night. That and maybe get back into Persona 3. Or start watching Animaniacs and/or Pinky and the Brain. Which also reminds me, the second volumes of Freakazoid and Tiny Toons come out at the end of the month. Now all that's left is the last volume of Animaniacs, and for Histeria! to be released.

Ok, three days, kind of. Got 5885 words over the last three days, though Sunday doesn't count because I didn't write anything at all. Also, I'm starting to think I'm writing what amounts to a prequel or prologue, something like that, because 29K words in and my plot hasn't gone anywhere entirely adventurous/fantasy-like. Ah well. Maybe it'll pick up eventually. And maybe I'll get a lot more than 50K this time. Winning by 700 words is the best I've done so far.

Comments on this are win.

Picked up Maplestory for the first time in over a month and spent a little over an hour finally leveling my WK to lv76. Still feel unfulfilled, though I believe I can KB GPs 100% of the time now. Also, I wanted to try making an Infighter, but I can't create or delete characters in Bera right now.

This weekend: No work on Saturday, at least. I can sleep in for the first time in months. As for Sunday, no idea. Nighttime, however, is reserved for the Colbert Christmas special.

I keep listening to the Gurren Lagann soundtrack, especially the main theme. I think I'll have to pick up the English dubs when they come out (the first this month sometime, or maybe it's already out).
