I think I've finally found a game that's actually challenging. Prinny is hard as hell, even on Normal. I've only done two stages so far, and I'm already down to 961/1000 lives. 40 of them on one stage, 35 of those on the boss. I'm going to hear "Double Edge!" in my nightmares now. T_T

I FINISHED ETERNAL POISON. FINALLY.
The fifth character's story only took 1 1/2 hours, and then the last boss was maybe 20 minutes, if only for the size of the stage (where I learned that levels/equipment were taken from the end of the last cleared file, rather than the latest save, making a couple characters slightly underleveled and ill-equipped). And then I rushed the fifth character again, getting him to lv30 in less than an hour. All I can do now is get the other four to the end again and to lv30.

I finally got the extended version of the Repo! soundtrack. It's 16 extra songs, amounting to a little over 15 minutes longer than the original. The only good thing is the extended version of Zydrate Anatomy. Well, that and Everyone's a Composer/Come Back. :/

I want to make an icon out of the hero Prinny (Edit: If they even had it. -_-). Or maybe Asagi.

Had to get that off my chest. Every time I see her, the only thing that comes to mind is "Goldie Hawn's daughter".

I can't tell, but I think I'm getting sick. At least, on Thursday, I was excessively cold, somewhat dizzy, and I had a major headache where my brain felt like it was trying to shove itself out the top of my head. Then that night, I woke up very cold and sore, woke up again burning up, and then woke up for the day sweaty. I think I had a fever and broke it all in one night. Now I'm just normal tired and sore.

I finally got Prinny: CIRBTH. Stupid shipping on Tuesday instead of actually being there on Tuesday. Plus, I got this little guy in the mail Friday, also finally.

I've been playing Eternal Poison a lot the past week or so. I got Thage's good ending, after three runs, Olifen's after one, and I'm playing Rondemion now so I can see his bad ending before playing Ashley. It's starting to get a little repetitive, I have to say. There is one path in the second stratum I haven't tried yet (the desert), but I'll have Ashley do that. I'm going through the forest for the third time now, even though I've gotten every single Majin, bosses included, and unlocked their entries so that I can buy any of them when I want. I've been down both paths in the third stratum now, and unlocked all Majin again. I'm only missing a handful now, which I only need to see once I get Rondemion's good end.

I also have to say, fuck you Lionsgate and your mishandling of the Repo! extended soundtrack. It's way past the 17th, and it's still not to be seen, assholes.

I am the proud owner of three new pairs of pants.
And Persona 4.
And a clean room.
And a comforter that, like its predecessors, has its fluff screwed up after a trip through the dryer. Seriously, why do they do that to me?

Finally finished Thage's story, or at least got the "not good" end (at least I bound and captured the final boss). I started Olifen's story to see what it's like to have a bit more balance, and with four mains, and it's weird. Like, really weird. I haven't tried putting Thage's abilities on stuff and selling it for Olifen to buy, mainly because Olifen is dirt poor at the moment. xD
Now I'm tempted to write up a guide for GameFAQs, despite never having done so myself for any other game before. Also, the only one there now (finally) sucks.

And then I started playing TWEWY again, for the first time since August 31, it seems. After initially sucking badly, I now only suck moderately. Also, my stats are slightly better, as I am more interested in them than trying to evolve/master pins at the moment.

I finished Tiny Toons, finally, just in time to find out that Season 1, Vol. 2 will be out in mid April, along with the second volume of Freakazoid.

Last week was killer. I was only scheduled for Sunday, 8 hours. I worked 11 1/2 that day, then 12 the next day, and 15 1/2 the next. If I hadn't been paid at all, I'd say that was a waste of my time, and my feet threatened to kill me. I need shoes with better heel support, as that was where I could really feel it when I peeled them off each night.
Then this week, I got four extra hours yesterday on top of the 8 for Sunday, but that's it for the week.

Let's start with Christmas. I got a key chain from Nathan, one of this year's Hess trucks (the monster truck), a Sports Illustrated swimsuit calendar, some candy, gift cards to Barnes and Noble and Starbucks, and a new stand for my TV. After Christmas I got a matching bookcase, so now my room has some more actual furniture.

I finished Re:CoM a while back, in about 2 weeks or so, and that was after taking four days off after my last real entry. 100% completion in both. It was both easier and harder than the original. Plus, the new cards gotten from finishing Sora's story would have been nice to have earlier than that, or at least in linked fights (which was taken out in and replaced with theater mode).

Then, I started Eternal Poison, finally. It's as gorgeous as the videos I'd seen beforehand. Also, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK I'M DOING. Seriously. There's no guide at all (not even a printed one), so I've been winging it a lot. I started with Thage's story. After getting over her Negate ability (unaffected by any magic, positive or negative), and trying to figure out how abilities work, I finally started working on the Second Strata today. And the story doesn't get any less confusing.
Favorite mercenaries (based on use): Yuri (yay light elemental magic and an extra healer) and Alexei (a very slow, but very well defended, tank)
Favorite mercenaries (based on looks): Ares (just finally recruited her, no idea how she functions), Vivian (though I have used her, and her non-elemental spells are nice)
Favorite characters: Thage, Duphaston

I managed to miss out on going back to school because the school I wanted to go to didn't receive my transcripts in time, so I have to wait until the fall semester. Thankfully, I'm already in the system, so I don't have to re-apply. On top of that, I'm going to go ahead and learn how to drive in the meantime (and get my license, finally).

Also, I'm typing all this on a new laptop. The original hard drive failed in my original one, and so I had it replaced with one I had bought for my sister's laptop, though it didn't actually need it (she needed a new motherboard, as her's wouldn't even start). So I went ahead and bought a Dell, similar to the one my sister has, but a different model number. The keyboard is a little touchy, the buttons at the top don't light until you touch them (making it hard to find the volume controls in the dark), and for the first couple days, the wireless card didn't want to cooperate with the router.
And then, on Monday, I managed to stupidly fall for a virus over MSN, so, after finally getting rid of it (and crashing my login), I had to start over as though I had just gotten it. Thankfully, the wireless card took less time to get used to the router again.

I think I say this every time, but I need new icons.

I feel like the last week dragged on so slowly, like time had turned to molasses. Then, around 3am this morning, it seemed to kick into overdrive and fly past my face like many a missed deadline. I feel like anything that happened last week happened a really long time ago.

Got my copy of Eternal Poison in the mail yesterday, along with P3. I suppose many people weren't pre-ordering it, as I got the artbook with it. I'd like to try my hand at scanning it (or at least parts of it), but at the same time, the only way I'll get any quality is to cut it apart so the pages lay flat. Some of the portraits at the beginning are really beautiful, too.

Also, the soundtrack that comes with it is called Thage Against the Majin.

I won't be starting it any time soon, as I picked up Soul Nomad and the World Eaters for the first time since I got it a year ago. Gig = win. ♥ Confusing story is confusing. Archers = win.

After finding the intro (and part of the first story) for Eternal Poison, I decided to make a couple icons:

The quote on the first is not related to the image, but I liked both anyway.

Damn you Atlus and your continued love for the PS2! *shakes fist*

With any luck, I'll have that and Persona 3 by the end of the week, because Amazon sucks at tracking. Re:CoM maybe this week, but I don't know yet. Saturday, hopefully.
